New Poll Shows 2020 Frontrunner In Iowa Democrat Caucuses, And Trump Will Be ELATED

Democrats may wind up having more candidates for president than Republicans offered in 2016. As of early February, a handful of liberals have made it clear that they are running against President Trump in 2020.
Two of the biggest names to watch will be Beto O’Rourke and Joe Biden, both of whom have not declared.

A new poll now shows the former vice president is off to a hot start in Iowa.

Here are the poll results from the Washington Times:

Former Vice President Joseph R. Biden is the strongest Democratic contender for the Iowa caucuses, according to a poll of likely caucusgoers.

A survey from Emerson College showed that Mr. Biden, with 29 percent, had a double-digit lead over Sen. Kamala D. Harris, a California Democrat who launched her campaign just weeks ago.

Trump will be elated to know that he’s still top dog amongst almost the entire field of Democrats…

Mr. Trump beat the rest of the poll’s Democratic front-runners. He had small margins of victory over Ms. Harris — 53 percent to 47 percent — and Ms. Warren — 52 percent to 48 percent. However, he barely pulled ahead of Mr. Sanders, splitting the voters 51-50.

Biden doesn’t appear to have the support of Barack Obama when it comes to running for president.

From The Hill:

Former President Obama’s talk about how politics need “new blood” is being seen as a blow to Joe Biden, the former vice president that Obama did not back to succeed him in 2016.

Sources close to both men describe Obama and Biden as friends who share an admiration and respect for one another.

But they also acknowledge recent remarks like the one Obama made this week in Hawaii represent a sort of threat to Biden, who has told allies in recent days that he’s likely to enter the 2020 presidential race.

According to Biden, he’s the “most qualified person in the country to be president.”

From Fox News:

Former Vice President Joe Biden said he would decide if he’s running for president in 2020 soon. But in the meantime, he’s confident he is up for the job.

Biden: “I think I’m the most qualified person in the country to be president. The issues that we face as a country today are the issues that I’ve worked on my whole life.

No one doubts what I say; the problem is I sometimes say all that I mean. The question is what kind of nation are we becoming?

California Democrat Kamala Harris’s problems seem to not be an issue with the mainstream media.

They don’t care.

Even worse is the MSM won’t tell the American people the truth about Kamala’s “Medicare for all” push and how much it would burden the nation.

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) slammed President Trump’s plan for a border wall and pushed for “Medicare for All” as she formally launched her run for the Democratic presidential nomination Sunday.

Harris: “I’m running to fight for an America where the economy works for working people. I am running to declare, once and for all, that health care is a fundamental right, and to deliver that right with ‘Medicare for All.’ To declare education is a fundamental right, and we will guarantee that right with universal pre-k and debt-free college.

Folks, on the subject of transnational gangs, let’s be perfectly clear: The president’s medieval vanity project is not going to stop them.

When we have children in cages, crying for their mothers and fathers, don’t you dare call that border security. That’s a human rights abuse.

America, we are better than this. People in power are trying to convince us that the villain in our American story is each other. But that is not our story. That is not who we are. That’s not our America. The United States of America is not about us against them. It’s about ‘We the People.’
