GLOVES OFF: Kellyanne Conway SHUTS DOWN Rude Nancy Pelosi With Oval Office Smack Down

White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway shut down House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for being rude and disrespectful while in the Oval Office.

White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway shut down House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for being rude and disrespectful while in the Oval Office.

President Donald Trump ended an infrastructure meeting at the White House on Wednesday after telling Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer that it was impossible to work together on infrastructure when Democrats are pushing more investigations in Congress.

While leaving, Pelosi rudely went after the president when he was not around.

“I knew he was looking for a way out,” Pelosi said when Trump left the room, according to the New York Times. “We were expecting this.”

Conway, who was still in the room after Trump left, replied: “Respectfully, Madam Speaker, do you have a direct response to the president?”

Pelosi said she was responding to the president and not his staff.

“Really great,” Conway said sarcastically. “That’s really pro-woman of you.”

After leaving the meeting, Trump addressed reporters in the White House Rose Garden and tore into Pelosi for suggesting earlier on Wednesday that he engaged in a cover-up during Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.

“Instead of walking in happily into a meeting, I walk in to look at people that have just said that I was doing a cover-up. I don’t do cover-ups,” Trump said

“So I just wanted to let you know that I walked into the room and I told Sen. Schumer, Speaker Pelosi, I want to do infrastructure,” Trump said to the reporters. “I want to do it more than you want to do it. I would be really good at that. That’s what I do. But you know what? You can’t do it under these circumstances. So get these phony investigations over with.”

While standing at the podium, which featured a sign that read “no collusion, no obstruction,” Trump then slammed the media for their coverage of the Russia investigation.

“This whole thing was a take down attempt at the president of the United States, and honestly you ought to be ashamed of yourselves for the way you reported so dishonestly,” he said.

On Tuesday, it was reported that Pelosi had a contentious closed-door meeting with Democratic leadership over impeachment.

In this meeting, Pelosi reportedly told top Democrats that they were not ready to push impeachment and that they essentially needed to wait a little longer.

For the record, roughly 92 percent of the Mueller report has been made available to Congress and the public.

That’s the opposite of a cover-up.

And, more importantly, Mueller found no evidence that Trump, his campaign, or any American colluded with Russia during the 2016 presidential election.

Both Attorney General William Barr and Mueller have made it clear that there is no evidence of collusion or obstruction.
