Far-Left Writer Goes After GOP Rep. And Military Vet Dan Crenshaw, QUICKLY Realizes It Was A Bad Idea

Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw (TX) has had his way with a number of Democrats since taking office in January 2019.

On Tuesday, Crenshaw nailed a far-left writer from the “New York Times.”

Wajahat Ali probably feels pretty silly.

From Daily Wire:

Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) slammed far-left New York Times writer Wajahat Ali on Tuesday after Ali mocked the notion that Republicans like Crenshaw were “patriots” and falsely claimed that Crenshaw did not support the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund.

Ali made his vile comments in response to comedian Jon Stewart slamming members of Congress on Tuesday over their failure “to ensure that a victims’ compensation fund set up after the 9/11 attacks won’t run out of money — and for skipping a hearing devoted to that very crisis,” Fox News reported.

Freshman Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY) came to Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (MN) defense by mocking Crenshaw, not long ago.

From Daily Wire:

Ocasio-Cortez defended Omar by making multiple false claims and by mocking Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), who called out Omar for trivializing the 9/11 terror attacks.

The 29-year-old former bartender attacked Crenshaw, a decorated war hero, by suggesting that he was not fighting for the families of 9/11 victims and saying that he should “go do something” about terrorism.

As a Navy SEAL, Crenshaw lost his eye fighting terrorists in Afghanistan and earned 2 Bronze Stars (one with Valor), the Purple Heart, the Navy Commendation Medal with Valor, and other awards.

Here’s Crenshaw’s tweet about Omar:

First Member of Congress to ever describe terrorists who killed thousands of Americans on 9/11 as “some people who did something”.

Unbelievable.

You refuse to cosponsor the 9/11 Victim’s Compensation Fund, yet have the audacity to drum resentment towards Ilhan w/completely out-of-context quotes.

In 2018, right-wing extremists were behind almost ALL US domestic terrorist killings. Why don’t you go do something about that?

Here’s why AOC’s comment is so ridiculous, outside of the obvious reasons…

This is pretty deceptive.

The bill has *not* even been voted on in the House.

A person does *not* have to cosponsor a bill to vote in support of it.

The Daily Beast published an article Sunday identifying a Bronx man that they claim is the ultimate culprit behind a viral video that appears to show Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) slurring through a series of speeches.

The shocking article identifies the man by name, calling him a “day laborer, sports blogger, and Trump superfan from the Bronx,” who is also “on probation for domestic battery,” though it’s not clear at all how any of those descriptors relate to his alleged involvement in creating or disseminating the viral video.

What is clear is that the Daily Beast and author Kevin Poulson are very proud that they managed to identify the civilian politico who edited several clips of Pelosi stumbling over words and struggling to find vocabulary, and are treating the matter as if they’ve uncovered a major scoop, rather than ruined a man’s life over a single social media post they found distasteful.
