BOOM: Judge Jeanine Gets Massive Victory In Court, The Left Will NOT Be Happy About This

Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro got a massive victory in court this week that will undoubtedly infuriate many liberals.

According to The Washington Times, a New York judge ruled in favor of Pirro on Monday and dismissed a defamation case brought by DeRay Mckesson, a civil rights activist and Black Lives Matter organizer.

Mckesson claimed that Fox News and Pirro falsely accused him of directing a protester to attack a police officer.

The lawsuit originated from a 2017 television appearance where Pirro explained a lawsuit brought by a police officer against Mckesson after a protester attacked and injured the officer.

During a segment on her Fox program, Pirro said the officer “was injured at the direction of DeRay Mckesson.”

During a segment on her Fox program, Pirro said the officer “was injured at the direction of DeRay Mckesson.”

In a statement released by the network last week, Pirro apologized and urged Omar to come on her show so they could have a conversation.

Pirro also denied that she was calling Omar “un-American,” arguing that she was instead making a point about the Muslim lawmakers’ previous anti-Semitic comments.

“I’ve seen a lot of comments about my opening statement from Saturday night’s show, and I did not call Representative Omar un-American,” Pirro said.

“My intention was to ask a question and start a debate, but of course because one is Muslim does not mean you don’t support the Constitution. I invite Representative Omar to come on my show any time to discuss all of the important issues facing America today,” she added in the statement.

In response, Fox News took her off the air the last two weeks and it is unclear if she will be back this weekend for her Saturday night program.
