After Ilhan Omar Attacks Israel Following Terror Attacks, Liz Cheney SLAMS Her With 1 Brutal Tweet

After Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., attacked Israel following the terror attacks over the weekend, GOP Rep. Liz Cheney slammed her with one brutal tweet.

On Sunday, the terrorist group Hamas launched a reported 400 rockets into Israel, killing several innocent civilians and injuring countless others.

Omar took to Twitter soon after the attacks to go after Israel, blaming Israel for shooting “protesters” and insisting that Israel was occupying Gaza.

Omar tweeted, “How many more protesters must be shot, rockets must be fired, and little kids must be killed until the endless cycle of violence ends? The status quo of occupation and humanitarian crisis in Gaza is unsustainable. Only real justice can bring about security and lasting peace.”

It didn’t take long for Cheney to clap back and ask why Omar continues to defend terrorists.

“1. Hamas controls Gaza. 2. Hamas is firing rockets at civilians in Israel. 3. @IlhanMN is defending Hamas. Real question is how many times will @IlhanMN rush to the defense of terrorists?” Cheney asked.

Omar twisting the facts about Israel and Hamas to fit her narrative also comes as she has made an abundance of mind-boggling and controversial comments since becoming a member of Congress in January.

As noted by The Daily Wire, Omar once blamed the United States for killing “thousands” of Somalis in the 1993 Battle of Mogadishu.

Last week, Omar disgustingly claimed this week that the United States is to blame for the “coup” in Venezuela, not the brutal reign of dictator Nicolas Maduro.

While speaking on Capitol Hill late last month, Omar slammed the United States.

“This is not going to be the country of the xenophobics,” Omar said. “This is not going to be the country of white people.”

Late last month, she was swiftly condemned for describing the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks as “some people did something.”

As detailed by I Love My Freedom, here are just a few of the remarks she has made since becoming a member of Congress in January:

–“I want to talk about the political influence in this country that says it is OK for people to push for allegiance to a foreign country. I want to ask, why is it OK for me to talk about the influence of the [National Rifle Association], of fossil-fuel industries, or Big Pharma, and not talk about a powerful lobby that is influencing policy?” Omar said at a policy forum in Washington, DC, last month.

–Omar apologized for a 2012 tweet in which she claimed Israel had “hypnotized” the world and committed “evil doings.”

–Omar apologized in March for stating that the American Israel Public Affairs Committee bribed Republican lawmakers into supporting the Jewish state.

Omar has a long history making anti-Semitic comments, and liberals apparently do not care.
